Tasmanian Home Inventory is a state-wide home inventory service owned and operated by Stephen Granger.
During his many years in insurance Stephen assisted numerous clients who had suffered minor burglaries and fires to those who "had lost everything". The difficulty clients always seemed to have was completely identifying what property has been lost, proving their ownership and establishing its proper value.
Stephen could see the need for a property documentation service that would document property in a cost efficient manner. Stephen established Tasmanian Home Inventory in 2003.
